How can your IT organisation adapt, as cloud, mobile and consumer technologies change the way companies think about technology. As more IT spending takes place outside the control of the IT department, IT leaders need to change their approach to become supporters and enablers for other parts of the business, rather than gatekeepers. They need to be agile and innovative, as well as keeping the basic infrastructure running.
