After two storms caused disruptions, a major US energy company serving over 10 million customers realized they needed to test their IT systems' reliability and performance.

Qualitest collaborated with the client to create an end-to-end performance test for 26 applications. This involved gathering storm scenario requirements, assessing the current state, and recommending improvements. During the test phase, 70 participants validated system enhancements and identified vulnerabilities.
