In a recent study conducted by 451 Research, only 11% of the 700 decision-makers surveyed said they were satisfied with their current monitoring platforms. Digging deeper into the data, the study also found that 83% are actively seeking new monitoring tools or have plans to expand or improve their approach to monitoring.
