When you consider email archiving and storage, size is often the biggest concern. But it can be argued that quality – the contents of a typical inbox in terms of its value to the user – is of equal, if not greater, importance.
This resource uncovers the research findings of a study where 500 IT decision-makers in the UK, US and South Africa were asked about the content of company inboxes. Results included the percentage of emails that are of critical importance, email management issues, security vulnerabilities, social media influence, archive management, and more.
