ABSTRACT:

When Township High School District 214, the second largest high school district in Illinois which serves 280,000 residents with an enrollment of over 12,000 in grades 9-12, wished to help students meet their maximum potential, they came to the harsh realization that while educational technology has evolved dramatically, so, unfortunately, have the costs. They needed to find a way to make their education dollars stretch farther while accomplishing more.
